Chasselas
The absolute favourite for aperitifs, is an excellent accompaniment to a cheese plate.
Gamay
Expressively fruity and lively, with a wonderful purple hue; it is supple, round and pleasant on the pallet with a touch of red fruits.
Rosé de Gamay
The Rosé is characterised by its deep colour and its fruity and spring accents, a refreshing balance of warmth and flavour.
Doral
Golden in color with hints of honey, this wine is full-bodied and generous in the mouth. Sweetness and acidity are interwoven with the scents of citrus fruits.
L’Assemblage
The Assemblage combines Gamaret-Gallotta-Syrah, aged 12 months in oak barrels. A great wine that can cope with punchy sauces and that lends a noble touch to red meats.
Sauvignon blanc
An aromatic, well-structured wine, making it a perfect pair with fish starters and foie gras.
Gamay
Elevage sous bois
The Gamay élevage sous-bois ages for several months in oak barrels. It maintains a fruity bouquet and a soft and silky texture

Réserve de la famille
The Chasselas Réserve de la famille: The Chasselas Réserve is made from the grapes of our most prestigious sites. It matures for several months in the cellar, adding complexity to this exquisite drop.
La Douce Trécornue
For a sweet finale. It has a rich bouquet and a harmonious palate, a delightful way to end a dinner and ideally complements a fruity dessert.
Merlot
This Merlot reveals an intense aroma on the nose, fresh, with light notes of coffee. On the palate, the tannins reveal themselves very finely, giving the wine a wonderful balance and harmony - the very essence of a great wine.
Cuvée Daniela
Pinot Noir, is matured in the foeder (a large oak barrel) giving it a lovely blush colour. The bouquet is defined by notes of strawberries and sour cherries, resulting in a mise-en-bouche that both fruity and flavorsome. The body unfolds freshness and a creamy character on the palate.
Le Gamaret
This spicy, dense and full-bodied wine develops aromas of wild berries in the mouth, it is extremely powerful, the finish is both long and velvety. The 12 months of ageing in barrels grant this characteristic to our Gamaret, making it a real gem with great ageing potential.
Gamay Vieilles Vignes
The product of our oldest vineyards, very fruity and rich, pairs well with white meats.
Pinot Noir Barrique
Intense, complex bouquet that clearly reveals its 12-month ageing in barrique, with notes of liquorice and berries; a wine characterized by freshness, finesse and strength.
Diolinoir
Manifests itself very fruity on the nose, one can sense notes of cherries and black berries. A lively and round structure brings a long and intense aftertaste on the palate. The attributes promise that this wine can be cellared for a fairly longtime.
Pinot gris
A white wine with a composed bouquet reminiscent of quince jelly and mirabelle plum confiture. It is supple with a slight sweetness.
